Aula
What is Aula?
Aula is a centralized platform where teachers, parents, and school staff communicate securely and efficiently. It is used in folkeskole, daycare, and after-school programs (SFO) to share everything from homework assignments and school events to lunch plans and personal messages.
The platform is maintained nationally but locally adapted by municipalities and schools.
How does it work?
Parents receive access to Aula once their child is enrolled in a public school or daycare. Access requires:
- A CPR number
- A MitID to log in securely
- Internet access (through browser or mobile app)
Through Aula, parents can:
- Receive messages from teachers and school leaders
- View and respond to calendars, events, and activities
- Access documents and notices related to school life
- Stay informed about homework, illness reports, and changes in daily routines
