How we work

The process of locating a property, settling-in  and handing back a property is not an easy process. We help you navigate this process and ensure your employees have a smooth experience during their stay in Denmark

Your employees will fill out a questionnaire about their requirements. Once it is completed we will get back to you to discuss the next steps.

Find suitable housing

Find suitable housing

Through our network of both national and international business partners we will help your employees find a home. We guarantee to be personally present at all property showings.

Lease assistance

Lease & Move-in assistance

Once we have located suitable housing for your employees, we will provide lease assistance, landlord negotiations, a welcome orientation and move-in guidance and reports.

Settling in

Services include property walkthrough, Property Maintenance Book, Language Classes and School visits.

Move-out assistance

Move-out assistance

When your employee are about to depart, we will help both you and your employees to understand your rights and responsibilities in accordance with the Danish Rent Act.

FAQ:

Once you have accepted our offer and we have received 50% of the calculated Service Package fee, we will initiate the relocation services, including property searches. We guarantee five property showings  based on your defined requirements (location, pet friendly landlord, no. of (bed) rooms, budget etc). Advanced payment/deposit is non-refundable. 

Based on the information in the Housing Questionnaire completed by your employee, in co-operation with the employee and/or representative we will show a maximum of five properties. Additional property showings will be charged to the Company.

No earlier than 1 month before the date the tenant moves into the Danish home. The tenant needs a signed rental contract. Please contact us for more information.

Yes. Our Relocation Packages also apply to customers outside of Copenhagen.

Yes. If you need translation assistance, we will include this in the selected service package.

We work with several trusted partners who will be able to provide your employees with moving their goods. They provide full service moves, including moving boxes, packing and unpacking, removal of lamps, cabinets, paintings etc. and temporary storage.

Yes. We arrange tours at most schools upon request.
